- Providing the products
6.1 Delivery costs:
Delivery costs will be shown on the Delivery Information page of our website and applied during the order process. In some cases, we may need to charge a higher delivery fee than the standard rates shown, for example where a delivery is to a remote location or where the size or weight of the order is unusually large. If this applies to your order, we will let you know before processing it to ensure the delivery costs are fully covered.
6.2 When we will provide the products:
During the ordering process, we will confirm when your products are expected to be delivered. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible and will provide you with an estimated delivery date, which will be no later than 30 days from the point we accept your order (except for Shutters, which take longer). We recommend waiting until you have received and checked your products before arranging a fitter. All applicable delivery options will be shown to you before you place your order.
6.3 Made-to-measure manufacturing process:
Once your order is accepted, we aim to start manufacturing your made-to-measure product/s within a couple of hours.
6.4 We are not responsible for delays outside our control:
If a delay occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, we will let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated. We will also take all reasonable steps to minimise any disruption to your order. While we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances, your rights remain important to us. If the delay is likely to be significant, you can choose to cancel your order and we will provide a full refund for any products you have paid for but not yet received
6.5 If you are not at home when the product is delivered:
If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery and no alternative instructions were provided at the time of ordering, the delivery company will leave a card or message explaining how to arrange a new delivery. If you choose to have your order left in a designated safe place, please note that this will be at your own risk, as we’re unable to take responsibility for the order once it has been left in accordance with your instructions.
6.6 If you do not re-arrange delivery:
If you don’t make alternative delivery arrangements following the instructions from the delivery company, the product will be returned to us. We will contact you to agree the next steps and may need to charge for any additional delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we’re unable to reach you or arrange a new delivery or collection, we may need to cancel the order in line with clause 10.2.
6.7 Reasons we may suspend the supply of products to you:
