Your Made To measure blinds are handmade to your exact measurement and style, making them uniquely yours. Due to this, we are unable to accept returns unless:

  • There has been a manufacturing error
  • The product received does not match the confirmed order specifications

Please Choose Carefully! Due to the custom-made-to-measure nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if you have a change of mind or if you are unhappy with your selection. To avoid any uncertainty, we encourage you to preview your options with our complimentary sample service.

Damaged or Defective goods

In the unlikely occurrence of damaged goods, or if you discover a fault; please let us know right away. To help us resolve it as quickly as possible, we may request multiple photos. Should a repair / replacement be necessary, we will facilitate this at no further cost.

When returning an item, we recommend to use tracked/signed for delivery services, as we are not liable for any items lost or damaged while in transit.

If you would prefer to have the item/s collected, we can arrange this for you. It will incur a charge of £ , this price is non-negotiable due to the charge being set by the courier company.
